POLICIES & AGREEMENTS
Terms, policies & service agreements
These website policies are designed around the 352 Property Check business model: field documentation, property photography, occupancy checks, condition observations, investor reports, rental documentation and construction progress photography.
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 18, 2026
1. Services
352 Property Check (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides property photography, occupancy verification, exterior field documentation, condition reports, insurance photo documentation, construction progress photography, rental documentation, investor reports and related services as specifically agreed for each assignment.
2. Scope
Each assignment is governed by the agreed service, property address, access instructions, requested photographs, report requirements, turnaround and price. If an assignment requires work outside the agreed scope, the Company may pause and request authorization and an updated fee.
3. Not a comprehensive home inspection
Unless separately and lawfully contracted and performed by a properly licensed professional, services are observational field documentation and photography. The Company does not represent that a report is a comprehensive inspection of structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, environmental, code or other concealed conditions.
4. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate property information, lawful access instructions, required forms, deadlines and any special safety or documentation requirements. The client represents that it has authority to request the assignment and authorize the requested access and photography.
5. Access and safety
The Company may decline, postpone or stop an assignment when access is unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the agreed scope, or when conditions present a reasonable safety concern. No forced entry, lock bypass, trespass or other unauthorized access will be performed.
6. Fees and payment
Pricing is quoted or confirmed before work begins unless a standing client agreement states otherwise. Rush, rural, long-distance, after-hours or unusually complex requests may incur additional charges. Payment terms should be specified on the invoice or client agreement.
7. Deliverables
Deliverables may include photographs, notes, checklists and PDF or electronic reports. Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope, access, weather, client requirements and other circumstances outside the Company’s control.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling and no-access fees may apply when the Company has committed time or travel to an assignment. Specific fees should be stated in the applicable quote or service agreement.
9. Accuracy
Reports are based on conditions observable during the visit and information supplied by the client. The Company does not guarantee discovery of hidden, concealed, intermittent or inaccessible conditions.
10. Governing law
These website terms are intended for use in Florida and should be finalized by counsel to identify the appropriate governing-law and venue provisions for the business.
Privacy Policy

Photo & Property Documentation Policy
Authorized photography only
By ordering a service, the client authorizes photography only to the extent the client has legal authority to authorize it. The Company will not enter private areas or photograph restricted areas without appropriate authorization.
People, vehicles and personal information
Field photographs may unintentionally capture people, vehicles, signs, mail, house numbers or other information visible from an authorized location. The client should identify any required privacy restrictions before the assignment.
Drone / aerial photography
No drone or aerial service is included unless expressly agreed and lawfully performed by a properly qualified and authorized operator.
Editing
Images may be cropped, resized, compressed, organized or lightly adjusted for clarity and report presentation. Material alterations that could misrepresent property conditions will not be made for routine documentation.
Client use
Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the delivered photographs and reports for the purpose for which the assignment was ordered. Ownership, licensing, resale and public marketing rights should be addressed in a separate written agreement when needed.
Liability & Scope Agreement
Observable conditions
Documentation describes conditions observable at the time and place of the visit. It is not a guarantee of condition, value, habitability, code compliance, future performance or absence of defects.
Third-party reliance
Unless expressly authorized in writing, reports are prepared for the ordering client and should not be treated as professional advice for a third party.
Weather and site conditions
Weather, access restrictions, construction activity, animals, unsafe conditions and other circumstances may limit what can be observed or photographed.
Limitation of liability
Any limitation of liability, indemnification, insurance requirement or consequential-damages provision should be stated in the final client contract and reviewed by counsel so it is consistent with applicable Florida law and the Company’s insurance policies.
